2. Can I cancel my eCertificate?
Yes, you can cancel your eCertificate by clicking on the View/Cancel Certificates link on the left navigation bar.
 
3. Is the certificate transferable?
Once the certificate is generated, it cannot be transferred to another person. The name on the certificate must match the name on the vehicle sale.
